What My Clients Say...

Whitney C

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I can't say enough good things about Rebekkah! As a person, she is amazingly warm and caring and somehow this is only amplified in her approach to massage. Her knowledge of functional anatomy and her ability to work with your body, understanding what it needs, is so rare and special. And then there's the way that she's able to string together any number of specific requests into a seamless massage experience that is enjoyable, restorative, and therapeutic - I don't know how she does it. I almost don't want to write this review because she's so good that I want to keep her to myself but more people really do need to know how absolutely fantastic she is! You truly are in some of the very best hands with Rebekkah.

FAQs

Should I book a 60, 90, or 120 minute session?

60 minutes is ideal for general relaxation or as a follow-up.

90 minutes allows time to address larger issues/areas of tension.

120 minutes is the best way to make sure we have time to cover multiple issues in a full body session.

What are your restrictions on Prenatal appointments?

Unless you have been directed otherwise by your medical provider, I can work with you from before conception, through your first, second and third trimesters, right up until you go into labor!

For Postnatal sessions, I can work with you as soon as you are cleared by your healthcare provider for massage.

How often should I get a massage?

That depends on a lot of factors, including time and finances, both of which are precious resources. Generally speaking I suggest that if you are suffering and in pain, try to come once a week until we get you to a place of more comfort and ease, then you can begin to taper off

For general maintenance, once or twice a month is a great goal to shoot for. Remember: you didn't get into pain in 90min and it will likely take more than 90min to get you back to a place of balance.

TLDR: Come when you can and always give yourself grace.

What should I do after my session?

If possible, it's always a good idea to have a little quiet time after your massage to let your nervous system incorporate the work.

Go for a walk, sit by yourself somewhere quiet and read. Have some hot tea or a glass of water.

Sometimes you have to go right back to the grind - if that's the case, remember to take deep breaths and be kind to yourself.
